HASK Argan Oil Hair Care Collection

When it comes to my hair, I really don’t like to do a whole lot. With this sometimes crazy curly frizzy hair, you’d think I want to fuss over it all day but I really like to keep a very simple haircare routine. But it doesn’t mean I don’t wanna have perfectly soft, luscious curls, which is why I was excited to try the Argan Oil range from Hask.

Argan Oil is produced from the nut on the argan tree which is indigenous to Southwestern Morocco. Also known as “liquid gold,” Argan Oil is a precious, time-honored beauty secret in its native Morocco. Loaded with vitamins and antioxidants, Argan Oil from Morocco repairs, strengthens and moisturizes hair, all while taming frizz and adding shine. Argan oil is known for its high absorbing, penetrating, and split end repairing qualities while leaving even the most damaged hair soft and nourished.

Hask Hair Care collection* are very affordable and are packed full of awesome ingredients. Today I’m reviewing their new hair care range, Argan Oil from Morocco. All the products are free of sulfates, parabens, phthalates, gluten, drying alcohol and artificial colors. There are many benefits to using argan oil in the hair: Argan Oil is most commonly used as a skin moisturiser to hydrate and soften skin. With its high vitamin E and fatty acid content, argan oil is the ideal product to give skin a natural boost. It absorbs easily and is non-greasy and non-irritating, which makes it a great natural moisturiser.

Sure, life isn’t perfect but my hair is… Love it!

Argan Oil Repairing Shampoo*

With its refreshing citrus scent, this is infused with moisturizing argan oil, this shampoo penetrates the hair shaft, gently cleansing while it repairs damage and breakage. This shampoo lathers nicely with a small amount of product and I love the scent; smells so good! The formula isn’t overly moisturizing, but it didn’t dry my hair out. I’ve mentioned before that I don’t use shampoo often because I have curly hair that is dry and frizzy so I mostly co-wash but the few times I’ve used this, it gently cleanses without stripping making my hair feels fresh and clean.

Argan Oil Repairing Conditioner*

Just like the shampoo, this also has a refreshing citrus scent and is infused with moisturizing argan oil. This conditioner penetrates the hair shaft, gently softening and detangling while protecting against damage and breakage. I love this conditioner; it is lightweight, moisturizes and detangle my hair easily without being too heavy or greasy! It’s such a good drugstore conditioner, and I don’t need to use a generous amount to detangle my long curly hair. It helps protect against damage by softening and strengthening, leaving my hair soft, smooth and detangled. Really love this stuff!

Argan Oil Repairing Deep Conditioning*

This ultra-restorative treatment really works great! It has a thicker consistency than the conditioner so I was able to get 2 full uses out of this little pack because I have long hair and I must admit, I am also very heavy handed. It provided moisture, shine and reduced frizz. I like to use a deep conditioner at least once per week, although I don’t as much as I should…naught me!!! It deeply nourishes the hair and rinses out easily and doesn’t leave my hair greasy or weighed down.

Argan Oil Repairing SHINE Oil*

I’ve become a big fan of oils on my hair; I know, something I can’t believe but the right oil can make such a difference to your strands. This lightweight, alcohol-free instantly absorbing oil provides frizz-free shine without any oily residue. This can be used on both wet and dry hair to create a silky, smooth finish. I personally like using it on my wet/damp hair! It instantly absorbs and provides a beautiful shine to my hair. It also helps to control frizz.

Overall, I was very pleased with these HASK Hair products. I have actually used their Argan Oil in the past and quite enjoyed it on my hair. It’s wonderful to have affordable and effective haircare that is easily accessible. You can learn more about these products on the Hask Website.  If you are interested in trying out these products, this brand is available for purchase online and at Walmart if you’re looking for soft, smooth hair.

Have you tried this brand before? Or tried Argan Oil in your hair care routine?
