I only recently discovered Natasha Denona’s makeup line thanks to Instagram. I’ve been seeing her products all over my feed the last few months and receiving emails from Beautylish about her line launching soon (It’s now launched on the Beautylish website). Who is Natasha Denona you asked? She is an acclaimed makeup artist that is famous for her signature healthy-skin glow. Designed to mimic the appearance of freshly moisturized skin, Natasha’s unique products work in synergy to create a healthy, glowing finish on any skin type.

I decided to pick up a couple pieces from her collection that appealed to me, the Face Glow Foundation and the All Over Glow Face & Body Shimmer. I also wanted to purchase the Hydrating primer but at the time of my order, this was out of stock on the Beautylish website.

The Face Glow Foundation (US $42.00) is a light to medium coverage foundation with light-reflecting particles to blur imperfections without caking or creasing. It is lightweight and leaves the skin with a fresh natural glow. Now this comes in 12 different shades with the Beautylish website providing a foundation matching chart of girls with the shade description which made it easy to choose a shade that complements your skintone. Even with this, I still was a bit uncertain if I was the shade 42 Medium or 50 Medium so I decided to go with shade 50 Medium though I have more of a yellow undertone. The shade 50 is described as a foundation for Medium skin with orange (golden or tan) undertones and it matches my medium/olive NC 40 skin perfectly. So happy I went with this shade since I know I’ll get a tan in the warmer months ahead.

It has a semi-thick formula that is lightweight but at the same time feels quite hydrating on the skin. It applies smooth but not slippery nor is it sticky in any way. It blended very nicely into the skin and looks fresh and glowy. It covers minor imperfections and discoloration, but if you have major problems with spots, then you may want to use a concealer and/or corrector prior. Overall, this is a great foundation that leaves your skin with a natural, dewy finish. I love how it comes with a pump on the tube, very hygienic. This wore quite well for about 7 hours. I love that it also has an SPF of 15. Because I can sometimes get a bit dry and I also like a dewy finish, most of the time when I wear this foundation, I do not set with a powder; however, if you are prone to get oily, I would suggest setting with a little powder.

All Over Glow Face & Body Shimmer (US $38.00) is a hydrating shimmer in powder form. It is recommended you apply this over the Face Glow Cream Shimmer for best results! This is available in 3 shades and I purchased Light 01 which is a beautiful champagne shade with shimmers. It is absolutely stunning! By the name, this highlighter can be applied both to the face and the body for an all over glow.

The powder is finely-milled and very smooth and when applied to the cheeks, it gives a beautiful natural glow that is not chunky or glittery at all. It performances very well on the cheeks and just gives such a beautiful lit from within glow. When I’m in a hurry, and like I do all the time, I use my highlighters on my eyes and this was no exception. It is super pretty as an all over eyeshadow lid color! I love the beautiful rose gold packaging on this!
