Hourglass Modernist Eyeshadow Palette in Exposure (US $58.00 & CAD $67.00) is described as Plums and the shades contain within the palette are: Champagne (satin), Aubergine (matte), Bronze (shimmer), Black violet (subtle shimmer) and Lilac (satin). The five shades complement each other very well and the palette itself is very unique in the way it is laid out in the pan and looks just beautiful. I was really surprised at how tiny the palette is compare to the ambient lighting palette or even the blush palette.
The texture of the eyeshadows are very creamy, silky and smooth. Because they are so soft, they are also very powdery. For such a luxury palette, one would not expect this much fallout so that was quite disappointing. However, they have a finely milled creamy formula to the touch and are buttery, blendable and wearable giving you the ability to create unique looks from subtle to intense.
Overall, it is a very beautiful palette; but it is just too soft, powdery and really messy that I find it a bit hard to work with. As such, this is a pass for me.

Great review for this palette!
I agree that the shadows are very soft and have significant fallout.
I have a total of 5 and have been working with them a bit and even though they are messy they do create beautiful looks.
One thing I hope to see in the future with these shadows would be to keep the design but separate them so they don’t run into each other.
Thanks hun! I agree that they do create some beautiful looks and I would also love to see the colors separated. I think it would make it a bit easier to work with as well.
