Becca Cosmetics recently released a new limited edition highlighter called Champagne Pop in collaboration with makeup artist and Beauty YouTuber Jaclyn Hill. The formula is exactly the same as the other highlighters from Becca.
Champagne Pop is described as a soft white gold with pinky peach undertones with a warm gold finish and is said to be flattering on all skin tones. All the Becca’s Shimmering Skin Perfectors have a soft, smooth and creamy consistency that is very pigmented and this Champagne Pop is no exception. Champagne Pop is a beautiful highlighter that is finely milled, super blendable with good pigmentation that goes on evenly and can be easily sheered out or can be applied to full intensity, and adds a beautiful glow without being glittery. I like to apply it with a fan brush. On me, it wore well for a solid nine hours before fading slightly. Becca Opal is golden pearl and on the warmer darker side and MAC Soft and Gentle is lighter and warmer.
Champagne Pop comes in the same packaging as the other Becca highlighters from the permanent line. Overall, Champagne Pop is a beautiful highlighter. If you’re a fan of the traditional Shimmering Skin Perfector formula, then you will really enjoy this highlighter. Overall rating: 4.5/5
