The Kenra Platinum Revive System is specifically formulated to strengthen and repair the hair cuticle from the inside out and said to reduces breakage up to 95%!. This system, which includes a shampoo, conditioner, treatment, complex and oil, can be used after any chemical process as it reinforces the structural integrity of the hair follicle and leaves you with stronger, shinier, and healthy hair. I had the pleasure of testing out these five products from the Kenra Platinum Revive System hair care line.

Kenra Platinum Revive Shampoo and Conditioner*: Penetrate the cortex to repaid and improve elasticity. Both the shampoo and conditioner are formulated without Parabens, Sulfates and Sodium Chloride. I don’t have oily scalp but these did not leave my hair oily/greasy or drying but it makes my hair feel soft and silky. This conditioner is very nice for my curly hair and moisturizes the hair without weighing it down. These conditions and preserves the hair’s moisture levels for optimal elasticity and enhanced vibrancy.

Kenra Platinum Revive Treatment*: Saturates fragile hair with moisture to restore radiance.
My favorite from the line! As a curly hair girl, deep conditioning is a must for me. After shampooing and conditioning with the Kenra Platinum Revive Shampoo/Conditioner, I massage this into damp hair and leave in for 15 minutes before rinsing. This concentrated treatment targets damaged hair strands as it saturates the hair with moisture. I love how it leaves my hair super soft and silky making it easy to detangle.

Kenra Platinum Revive Oil*: Add to any Kenra Platinum product to prevent breakage.
This oil is supposed to improve hair health as it helps prevent signs of damage. I’ve said before that I’m not a huge fan of oils in my hair but I’m beginning to realize the benefits of using oils and how best to apply it, especially when you have very curly frizzy hair like mine. Ideal for all hair types, this oil comforts hair as it strengthens and moisturizes.

Kenra Platinum Revive Complex*: Smooth and fortify dry, brittle ends to combat damage.
This is a lightweight leave-in cream that hydrates, perfects and protects the strands. It says it will combat dehydration for 95% less breakage after the first use and is ideal for all hair types. I’m not sure about this but it does improves the appearance of dry, brittle ends and it doesn’t leave my hair crunchy which I don’t like as I prefer my curls to be bouncy and soft. This is ideal to be used on damp because it gives more definition to my curls.

I really enjoyed these products especially the Conditioner and the Deep Treatment and surprisingly the Shampoo as well. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to strengthen and repair their hair cuticle; I also love the smell of every product. Smells amazing!

Have you tried any of Kenra hair products? Let me know if there’s a product out there that I should try.

xx
