Kjaer Weis Face Oil Is a Hydrating Dream

When it’s cold outside and the heat is on, our skin needs extra attention so adding a hydrating face oil into your routine can really help combat dry skin.

I’ve always love face oils especially since I have dry skin and living in Canada, you need all the hydration you can get. Face oils help restore moisture and elasticity to the skin; so today I want to share my new favorite face oil, Kjaer Weis The Beautiful Oil.

After using this face oil for a few months now, and recently received a back up, I wanted to share how incredible this oil is. It is a lightweight, active facial oil to treat signs of dehydration and impart a healthy, radiant glow. It has a silky-smooth finish that is super nourishing. Kjaer Weis recommends using night or day as a facial moisturizer. You can apply it on the face and neck. I’ve been using it only on the face and at night. I also will sometimes mix in a drop of the oil with my nighttime moisturizer or sleeping mask if I need a bit more moisture. For the Beautiful Oil, the key ingredients are certified-organic sweet almond oil (hydrates and locks in moisture), certified-organic root of light (brightens and illuminates) and certified-organic rosehip seed oil (soothes and reduces the appearance of dark marks).

After using this at night I find in the morning that my skin is plump, firm and my fine lines on my forehead are not as visible. Skincare usually takes a while to see results but with this oil I see results by the next morning. With regular use skin looks a lot more bouncy and youthful. As I’m aging, I’m more conscientious of fine lines and loss of firmness in certain areas. I have not had any type of cosmetic surgeries, no Botox, nada, nothing, so I love finding certified-organic skincare ingredients that works.

I have truly dry/combination skin and I’m prone to dry patches and dry feeling in general with the heat and air conditioning that I’m around constantly. At night I need extra moisture so I’ll work an oil in my skincare routine 3-4 times a week, as needed. This oil is just so beautiful; hence the name and I can see improvement in my skin tone since using it. It really hydrates and locks in moisture and absorbed easily.

However, if you’re not a fan of how oil feels directly on your skin; apply a few drops into your moisturizer, mix it together on your hand, and apply it as is.
