FEATURED DESIGNERS
SUGOLDEN
This first collection is called “Gala First, Streets After” and represents a fusion of haute couture and streetwear. The theme captures the essence of their muse transitioning from a glamourous red-carpet event to hitting the streets for a winter after party. They also add a touch of edginess to the outfits.
Manufactured locally in Vancouver, SUGOLDEN designs are a high-end fashion brand inspired by a mission to enhance the sense of individuality and empowerment in women and men through their unique attire.
The focal point of this collection lies in the use of sparkly sheer fabrics, bold layered shapes, and the clash of tight versus oversized silhouettes. Each piece is meticulously designed and handmade by Sogol Beitari.
CHIDORI
The brand CHIDORI stands out for their skillful concept of transitional wear. By this, they literally mean ‘transforming clothes.’ Each outfit has a trick that changes it in front of your eyes, making their garments extremely customizable. Items alter both shapes and colours while revealing on the runway how the gimmicks work.
Behind their exceptional idea is a message that humans are born an empty white and will change their appearance based on their lived experiences. This change could be both simple or complicated and everyone undergoes it. For the Japanese designer, Fujiwara Fuminari, this catwalk presents a little opportunity for everyone to change.

JUMPER ZHANG
Zhang Peng mixes traditional Eastern elegance with modern haute couture in his designs. It revolves around the sun’s ancient symbolism and historical meaning. This is articulated in the clothes through the ubiquitous circle flower patterns. The looks for JUMPER ZAHNG are meticulously crafted by hand and use techniques such as bead embroidery, needlework, applique, layering, weaving, and rhinestone decoration.
