FEATURED DESIGNERS |
ALEX S YU
The popular ALEX S YU creates garments that explore the fine line between reality and fantasy. This brand experiments with trying fun and quirky new things that result in revolutionary ideas.
Above all, they value comfort as the most important thing in their clothing.
The line is contemporary wear with an avant garde attitude.
6AD STITCHES
Antonia Sprenger’s brand has not even been on the market for a full year yet, but the designer has a lifetime of experience. From Germany, 6AD STITCHES presents their “Desert X Spider 02” collection. Behind the intentional chaos lies a hidden structured strategy.
Everything is handmade, crocheted, and knitted. It is also only produced with sustainable yarn.
To embrace the theme of these designs, colours like beige, white, grey, and black were primarily used with other warm colours to spice it up.
PATRICJA PLESIAK
This original collection is inspired by art and gives off an innovative vision. For PATRICJA PLESIAK, it is about the female power.
The garments included original prints base on hand paintings, transparent mesh, and deco lace. For the colours, they range from the most fashionable peach shade to saturated red, emerald, and black.
WEN PAN
The China-based brand, WEN PAN, uses in their collection raw fluidity and layers of textures to evoke a balance of femininity and roughness. It shows an image of quietness in chaos and celebrates the confidence of imperfection. The collection aims to capture the fascinating trace of nature by using neutral colours. They also use raw materials such as linen, cotton and silk blend that are hand dyed with loquat leaves.
QZ SHEN
For designer Stefan Shen, he believes QZ SHEN is not only a brand, but also an independently selected character setting. It is one that marks fresh start as the collection attempts to portray the individual who has endured a period of tumultuous displacement and learns bravely to picking up the broken pieces. He makes breakthroughs with his attire in the direction of deconstruction and reconstruction of fashion.
FREIJA
The theme of the FREIJA collection is “Zooming In” which explores the idea of changing perspective. It draws on the subtle observations of everyday life. By looking closer at the material, one can uncover a new and transformative allure.
These distinctive creations by the Japanese designer use a variety of fabrics and techniques that make them unique and high-demand pieces.
NOLUM
Designer Ai Takemoto produced this collection whilst reminiscing about their own childhood spent playing with and dressing up dolls. “Hidden Inner Stories: Toy Box in the Closet” was inspired by the back side of antique clothes and marionette dolls.
It is a brand that makes a point of creating clothing for women with a story. This is seen by the cute Japanese character-like outfits included by NOLUM on the runway.
