The Top Shelf duo features Mixologist and Cognac – Champagne Sheen and Gilded Bronze. This is a warm-toned shimmery champagne highlight and a rich bronzy gold neutral duo and the colors in my opinion complement each other very well especially for a minimalist look.
Mixologist is a pale frosted peach with a bright sheen.
Cognac is bronzy mid-tone brown with a metallic-frost sheen finish.
It is said to be formulated with SeaNutritive Mineral Complex that gives the shadows anti-aging benefits including reduced appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and puffiness plus boosted moisture levels. I have worn this several times now from anywhere between 10 – 13 hours and while it does last a long time with no wearing off (I do use a good eye primer though), I have not noticed any of the anti-aging benefits mentioned.
The formula is free of parabens, binders, fillers and harsh chemicals.
I will say that it is long-wearing, pigmented opaque colors and has a nice silky texture. The application was easy and blends very well and I did not see any creasing or fading. It looks like a powder but feels like a cream and it is buttery smooth. It is beautiful on as it brightens up the eyes and makes your eyes pop.
