Guerlain Terracotta Light Sheer Bronzing Powder Review

I am reviewing the Terracotta Light Sheer Bronzing Powder in Blondes 02.

Guerlain website says:
Terracotta Light is an intangible and lightweight bronzing powder, as iridescent as the caress of a first sunbeam on the skin, that enhances the complexion and makes it glow. A real mosaic of colours, this light bronzing powder is a unique combination of five shades warmed with subtly mixed golden particles for a delicate tan. Endlessly adjustable, they ensure an incredibly natural result, for both blondes and brunettes. The complexion is sunny, subtly iridescent, sheer and ultra-luminous.

Shades: There are 4 colors: Blondes 02 – soft suntan tones (review on this one), Brunettes 03 – rich bronze tones, Sun Blondes 04 – bronzed pink and tan tones & Sun Brunettes 05 – deep bronzed pink and brown tones.

The packaging is a glossy reddish-bronze color that is very sleek.  Be careful, it does leave a lot of finger prints.

Guerlain Blondes 02 Terracotta Light Sheer Bronzing Powder is a lightweight multi-colored 5-shade mosaic bronzing powder consisting of beautiful bronzed pinks, apricots and tans. When all of the shades are mixed together, you get a beautiful warm, glowing apricot tan glow. It is a finely milled powder that is very subtle and goes on very smoothly and blends well. I did not find it to be orange. It looks like it has shimmer in the compact, but there is no visible shimmer when applied to the face.

This particular color is intended for fairer skin and blonde-hair; however, as a brunette, it works quite well for me. I am not a big fan of bronzers because I do not use them often but there are the few that promises a sun-kissed glow that I just can’t resist but this one is perfect and easy for me to use without over thinking.

I tend to wear it more as a blush for a warm bronzed peachy apricot look as it adds a beautiful flush of color to my cheeks. This mosaic bronzer includes a complexion highlighter to create a natural looking glow that is perfect for my medium skin tone (NC40 for reference). It can be a tad bit light for my skin tone; however, it is buildable by layering for greater intensity creating just the right amount of product you need.

This is my first Guerlain product and it is a keeper. This is one of the most gorgeous bronzer I have ever tried and own because it gives that natural healthy luminous glow.
