Now, as you all know, I’m a huge fan of Bioderma’s Micelle Solutions and I recently did a review here on two of them. Bioderma has recently launched a couple new products, the Sensibio 3-in-1 Cleansing Milk and the Sensibio Tolerance+. I have been testing these out for a few weeks along with the Sensibio H2O wipes. If you would like to hear what I think of them, keep reading…

Bioderma Sensibio H2O (CAD $30.00) is a gentle makeup remover micellar cleansing solution that is designed for sensitive skin. It’s fragrance-free, alcohol-free, paraben-free and hypoallergenic. This is good for extremely sensitive skin. I like that it doesn’t leave any residue on the skin. I will not go into too much details on this as you can read my full review here.

Bioderma-Sensibio-Cleanse-and-Hydrate-for-Glowing-Radiant-Skin-Bioderma-Micelle-Solutions001Bioderma SensiBio H2O Wipes are saturated with SensiBio H2O micellar water and are suitable for both face and eyes. The wipes themselves are large and plush and very durable, so one wipe is all you need for a total cleanse. I usually use these at night-time to remove my makeup before I go in for a deep cleanse, but on lazy mornings, I also tend to use these to cleanse instead so there’s no need to wash my face. These are fantastic makeup remover wipes that are refreshing and removes makeup, oil and impurities without stinging or drying. If you do not like fragrance, then you may not like this as it contains a subtle fragrance. I love how it keeps skin clean while moisturized at the same time. These are quick and easy to use, convenient and travel-friendly.

Bioderma-Sensibio-Cleanse-and-Hydrate-for-Glowing-Radiant-Skin-Bioderma-Micelle-Solutions003Bioderma Sensibio 3-in-1 One step cleansing milk (CAD $18.95) claims to be a 3-in-1 Cleansing Milk, Toning Lotion, and Eye Make-up Remover. It is formulated with selective active ingredients and contains “Tolerdine patented complex” that strengthens the skin’s resistance to attacks and increases the tolerance threshold of sensitive skin while Glycyrrhetinic acid instantly soothes and softens the skin. It is hypoallergenic, fragrance-free, and preservative-free and is ideal for dry, sensitive skin. It has a light, milky, and creamy opaque texture that it is best applied onto the face and then wiped off with a cotton pad or fingers without needing to be rinsed off. It doesn’t remove all traces of makeup like the micellar water or even the wipes and I find my cotton pad absorbs the product rather quickly that it took at least 2-3 cotton pads, used on both sides, to completely remove all traces of makeup and dirt off my face, so you will definitely run out of this very quickly. I prefer to use this after I have deeply cleanse my face, then I go in with this after to remove any excess residue and to refresh the skin because it doesn’t dry out my face but instead it hydrates and leaves it soft and glowing. I find that this way is rather effective for me. This also works as a great pre-cleanse to loosens and dissolves makeup and then wash face afterwards with a cleanser to remove all makeup and impurities.

Bioderma-Sensibio-Cleanse-and-Hydrate-for-Glowing-Radiant-Skin-Bioderma-Micelle-Solutions005Bioderma Sensibio Tolerance+ Plus (CAD $27.00) is a smooth lightweight moisturizer designed for allergic and/or intolerant skin. It contains Neurocontrol, an exclusive complex made up of a tetrapeptide and a combination of soothing active ingredients. Neurocontrol reduces the hyperexcitability of the skin’s nerve fibres and regulates the biological mechanisms responsible for the intolerance. The feeling of tightness and discomfort are soothed and skin regains its original comfort. Also enriched with Sodium PCA, Sensibio Tolerance+ fortifies the skin’s barrier function and provides optimal moisturizing. It is creamy and instantly soothes, neutralizes hypersensitivity and restoring skin’s comfort, while providing intense hydration. It did not make my face burn or tingle in any way nor was it greasy or oily. It absorbs fairly quickly leaving skin soft, smooth and calm. I have combination/dry skin that tends to get red, feels tight and flakes around my nose especially during the colder months but this provides intense hydration, eliminates tightness and discomfort instantly as well as reinforces skin’s resistance. I really love this stuff and I can see it being a lifesaver for my face in the winter. I only wish the bottle was bigger. It is also perfect to use as a makeup base.

Overall, if you are a fan of the Bioderma Sensibio line and you have sensitive or intolerant skin, then you’re going to like these. You can find these at Shoppers Drug Mart, Pharma Plus Drugmart and Rexall.
