FALL LIPSTICKS… the vampy and the nudes
Fall usual means it’s time for our makeup stash to get its own seasonal upgrade by trading in those colour popping lip shades for fall stains.
There was a time when all I would purchase were lipsticks but the past year, I noticed I haven’t brought a lot of lippies. I’m the type of person that once I like something, I stick to it and I rarely ever change it. So when it comes to lipsticks I tend to choose nudes and warm pinky peach shades but in the fall I go for more berry/mauvy rose shades because they flatter my medium olive skin tone the best and make me look put together.
For the darker vampy lips, don’t be scare, just embrace it, but just keep all the rest of the look very minimal and focus on the lips. Now, I still love my nudes in the fall but I’ve been gravitating towards brown tones as well. So if you don’t like the dark vampy lips, the bare minimalist look is always popular in my opinion because who says you only have to wear bold lips in the fall. I also have some very wearable nudes/browns from sheer to more opaque colour that you can rock with a bold eye.
So for today’s post, I’m sharing some nudes/browns to help transition you into fall and some vampy ones to get you through fall.
