I’m completely enamored with Marc Jacobs Beauty’s high-shine lip glosses. The Marc Jacobs Enamored Hi-Shine Gloss Lip Lacquer Lipgloss is one of my favorite formula of lip glosses because of the maximum color and brilliance color payoff with its unique Triple Shine Complex. These are the glossiest lip glosses I own and I love them because the coverage is not too opaque but there is enough pigment so you can wear them on their own and they also work great as lipstick toppers. I would say these are high shine glosses with sheer to medium coverage.
I have two shades, Some Girls (a punch-pink shimmer) and Hey You! (a fuchsia cherry). Both colors are perfect and provide a beautiful shine to the lips, while still feeling really comfortable and smooth, but not sticky at all. It has a lightweight, creamy smooth texture that glides onto the lips with ease. The formula is creamy and moisturizing and the minty scent is amazing. And as always – the packaging is beautiful.
The Enamored Lip Lacquers lasts longer than a regular gloss and are infused with apricot and passion fruit and feel ultra-hydrating and smooth once applied. Honestly, though I love these, I think they are too pricey for a lip gloss (CAD $35.00 / US $28.00), but I still love them!
