Skin Therapy with Vichy Pureté Thermale 3-in-1 One Step Cleanser

Vichy Pureté Thermale 3-in-1 One Step Cleanser

With the weather getting colder, milk and creamy cleansers have now become a part of my daily skincare routine. As mentioned in several of my posts, my skin type is combination-dry and especially in the colder months, it is more on the dry side. I think a part of it may also be hormonal but who knows but I am almost fairly certain that my skin changed from oily to combination and now to combination-dry since I hit my mid 30s and after the birth of my second daughter over two years ago. Ok, enough of the rant. As I was saying; I now incorporate more gentle cleansers into my skincare routine to keep my skin more balance and hydrated and Vichy 3-in-1 cleanser has become one of my go to cleansers as it gets colder. This was actually recommended by my best friend who is on the very dry side and she loves it.

This is a multipurpose cleanser, not only can you use as a cleansing milk but it is also a toner and an eye makeup remover all in one. Suitable for sensitive skin and contact lens wearers, it is Hypoallergenic, Non-comedogenic and Paraben-free. It also has soothing and fortifying Vichy Thermal Spa Water.

It has a light milky cream consistency and feels more like a lotion leaving skin feeling comfortable, non-greasy and not drying at all.

This is a non-forming cleanser and it feels really nice and smooth on the skin. In one simple step, it is meant to remove all traces of makeup and then tones the skin. It works great for my combination-dry skin as it hydrates and balances leaving my skin softer and smoother.

I particular love using this in the morning for a quick cleanse, and because it also acts as a toner, I apply my moisturizer right after I pat my face dry. However, at night, I use it more like a makeup remover by applying with a cotton pad on face and eyes to remove all traces of makeup and then follow up with another cleanser, scrub or mask. However, if you prefer to skip the additional steps, rinsing is not required and no need to use a toner after.

I love this because it doesn’t leave your face tight or dried out but instead it leaves your face feeling fresh and hydrated. I highly recommend if you are struggling with dry skin and want something more gentle and hydrating without the tight dry feeling.
