I’m a BIG fan of NARS and I love the quality of their products and that sleek matte black packaging. NARS Spring Color Collection for 2015 is all about nudes and works off a beautiful nude palette of shades that are perfect for everyday wear.
NARS Guyane Lip Gloss (US $26.00) is an unusual shade in the makeup world. It is a pale light seashell pink with a pearly sheen. It has a nice creamy texture but I find it difficult to wear alone on my NC 40 skin tone; however, it looks beautiful over lip liners or pink or any peach/ coral lipsticks. I think this would also pair nicely with a smokey eye.
Finally, NARS Eye Paint in Porto Venere (US $25.00), is a creamy, soft pale nude pink matte Eye Paint. It reminds me of MAC Painterly Paint Pot. It is very soft to the touch and blends really easily. You can wear this on its own to brighten the lids or underneath as a base ready for other shadows. It is also great for evening out the skin tone and I experienced no creasing at end of day. I really do love this a lot! It is such an awesome eye base and stays put all day!
